Taobao / Tmall FAQ

Can I buy a single item?

Yes on Taobao, Tmall and JD.com.

What if the seller raises the price after I pay?

We contact you before ordering with the new price and the original screenshot. You choose: pay the difference, switch to another seller, or cancel for a full refund.

Do you handle returns?

We help pursue returns and refunds with the seller. Note that marketplace sellers generally do not offer change-of-mind returns, and cross-border return shipping is usually more expensive than the item.
