Taobao Agent Fees — what we charge and what we do not
Every fee in one table: the 8% service fee with a ¥10 floor, packaging by weight, freight by destination and channel — plus who pays Taobao customs duty.

What we charge

What we do not charge
Consolidation
Free, always. Combining parcels is how we both save money.
Quote requests
Free and unlimited. No account needed to see a price.
Storage for 30 days
Free. Enough time to gather several orders into one parcel. Small parcels do not get long free storage upstream, so this is a hard limit, not a soft one.
Order handling
No per-order fee. The service fee is the whole charge.
Crypto discount
2% off the service fee and international shipping when you pay with crypto. The item price and duty are not discounted.
Worked example
A ¥300 item shipped to the United States at 1 kg on the economy channel. These figures are produced by the same code that prices a live order, so they cannot drift from what you will actually be charged.

Duty is excluded: it is assessed at the border and paid by the recipient. The exchange rate is the mid-market rate plus a 1% conversion margin, locked when the order is placed. Estimate only. Duties are the recipient's responsibility.
