We do not purchase counterfeit, replica or infringing goods.
This is not negotiable. Orders matching these categories are cancelled,
refunded and logged, and repeat requests are refused service.
Never purchased
- Counterfeit or replica goods, and any item infringing a trademark or copyright
- Weapons, ammunition, knives subject to restriction
- Narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia
- Live animals, animal products subject to restriction
- Currency, negotiable instruments, forged documents
- Obscene material, material harmful to minors
Restricted — needs a specific channel or is refused
- Lithium batteries (loose cells and power banks are refused on most air routes)
- Liquids, pastes, powders, aerosols, alcohol-based products
- Food, medicines, supplements, cosmetics
- Magnets, lasers, radio transmitters
- Branded goods requiring proof of authorisation
Availability differs by destination country. Australia, for example, restricts food and wooden items far more strictly than the US.
Your warranty
By submitting an order you confirm that the goods are lawful to purchase, export from China and import into your destination country. Where an item is seized or destroyed because it was prohibited, the loss is yours and fees are not refundable.
