Customs rules

Import duty is assessed on the declared value and the classification of the goods. The border authority makes the final decision.

Reviewed 2026-10. Rules and tariff rates change; confirm the current rate with the destination customs authority before ordering.

Customs clearance and duties are the recipient's responsibility. ProxyBao is not the importer of record. We do not clear customs on your behalf and we do not pay duties or taxes. All customs clearance obligations, import duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Parcels refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping or service fees.

Restricted goods

Import restrictions vary by country. We screen every order before purchase and tell you before you pay if an item cannot enter.

Payment

Crypto and PayPal. Both are available for orders to your destination. Crypto checkout carries a 2% discount because it costs us less to process.

Consolidation

Free. If you order from several sellers, everything lands at our warehouse and ships as one parcel — usually the single biggest saving on a multi-item order.

Reviewed 2026-10. We publish our fee policy, not channel rate cards: the live quote is the price that applies to your parcel.
